Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup is so good we’ve had reports that our customers bring it with them to brunch. So, we decided to make it easy for them with our new Hip Flask bottle. Conveniently sized for an inside coat pocket.

During the maple season, we fill 50 gallon maple liqueur casks directly off the steaming evaporator—the smell in the sugarhouse is amazing! The syrup is then aged 6 months in the barrels allowing it to slowly accept rich flavors of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch.

We are excited for you to taste this complex and beautiful treat. Enjoy it on pancakes, over vanilla ice cream or even candied onto the rim of a cocktail glass.
